Embedded Intelligence [EI] enhances inverter control by integrating real-time thermal intelligence directly into the firmware, enabling smarter performance management and reliability optimization under dynamic operating conditions.

EI operates as a software library integrated on top of inverter firmware, performing real-time per-die junction temperature estimation and thermal mapping with high precision.

Real-time maximum junction temperature (Tj) estimation, ΔTj swing tracking, adaptive switching frequency and current control, Time-Limited Overrating (TLO), cooling fault detection (Drive Safe Fault), and virtual sensing under degraded coolant conditions.
