Embedded Intelligence [EI] is a firmware-based solution that embeds real-time digital twins directly into electric motor control units, enabling thermal-aware torque maximization and efficiency optimization.

Built on physics-based multiphysics models calibrated with test-bench data (±2–3°C accuracy), EI runs in real time on standard automotive MCUs.
